There is an absolute benefit of feeling heard and assessing what needs to change to get out of the discomfort one is experiencing.I have a solution-focused and holistic approach to the therapeutic process that incorporates physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects. My goal in working with clients is for them to feel heard and understood while they become empowered to change and shift into a healthier approach to themselves and the world.
I utilize cognitive- behavioral, family systems, solution focused, and Biblically based therapeutic approaches with clients.
